You can steal horses, but you can’t keep stolen horses. You need to purchase or be given a horse for it to be yours, allowing it to appear in the horse tab in the menu, be equipped with tack, as well as be called via whistling. Stolen horses cannot do any of that. They can merely be ridden for a time.
Horses can be purchased in a couple towns in Kingdom Come Deliverance. Towns such as Neuhof, Merhojed, and Uzhitz have their own Horse Traders, which can be used to buy different tier horses for various sums of coin.
Your horse isn’t gone forever, you just have to track down where you left it and once it’s on-screen it will start to answer your whistle again.
You will take on the role of a humble soldier and you’ll make many important decisions in the game, but the main story is actually bigger than Henry himself! The game is based off history,so you can not become king.
Although many beleive you can not get a real Home and land in Kingdom Come: Deliverance, you actually can. This land comes with the title of Huntsman, so you will be able to hunt for animals without getting in trouble with the law, even though it is bugged and still marks your meat as stolen.
After completing the quest “The Prey” in Rattay:
Complete it, and Sir Radzig with reward you with your own horse! It’s a pretty basic one with some rather low stats, but it’s more than suitable for now, and certainly until you can muster up the coin for buying a better one.
Best mount in Kingdom Come Deliverance
Warhorse Jenda is arguably the single most valuable mount in the game. It has the most balanced stats, but it’s also the most expensive one. You can buy it at the Merhojed stables. The other horses we’ve picked are also well balanced, but with noticably lower stats.
Warhorse Jenda is a horse in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. It can be purchased from Johann at the Merhojed stud farm.
How to Get the Talmberg Armor
The Uzhitz horse trader is run by the Head Groom. He sells the following horses: Rocinante (Tier 1) Hatatitla (Tier 2)
There are a few other ways to escape Talmberg, some of which are quicker but not as rewarding. You can talk to a guard called Radim, who after a small bribe will tell you to pinch the Talmberg Armour in the same way that Stephanie did. Or you can simply jump from the drawbridge into the moat.
Reader, I am bored. Because, despite the lead dev having more edge than U2, Kingdom Come: Deliverance isn’t offensive or radical, it’s just boring. This is partly because in Kingdom Come: Deliverance you are roleplaying living in a medieval setting, which was by all accounts a pretty terrible period to live in.
