All about the ancient tribes
In addition to the Latin, or Roman, tradition, there are seven non-Latin, non-Roman ecclesial traditions: Armenian, Byzantine, Coptic, Ethiopian, East Syriac (Chaldean), West Syriac, and Maronite. Each to the Churches with these non-Latin traditions is as Catholic as the Roman Catholic Church.
Being Catholic to me means serving the less fortunate, doing the right thing even though sometimes you don’t want too and allowing others to be who they are without passing judgment. living the word of God on a daily basis makes you Catholic.
The main differences between Roman Catholics and Catholics are that Roman Catholics form the major Christian group, and Catholics are only a small group of the Christian community, also called as “Greek Orthodox.” It is believed that when Christianity started, only one church was followed.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Catholic ecclesiology professes the Catholic Church to be the “sole Church of Christ” – i.e., the one true church defined as “one, holy, catholic, and apostolic” in the Four Marks of the Church in the Nicene Creed.
A Catholic is a Roman Catholic. The Roman Catholic Church is the largest of these churches and the largest Christian faith. Yes, southern baptists, we are, and we were the first church, the original Christian faith. Anyways, there are two sort of Catholics, cafeteria Catholics and normal Catholics.

Genuflection is a sign of reverence to the Blessed Sacrament. Its purpose is to allow the worshipper to engage his whole person in acknowledging the presence of and to honor Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.

Christianity is an important world religion that stems from the life, teachings, and death of Jesus. Roman Catholicism is the largest of the three major branches of Christianity. Thus, all Roman Catholics are Christian, but not all Christians are Roman Catholic.
The Vatican announced Tuesday that Catholics may be cremated but should not have their ashes scattered at sea or kept in urns at home. According to new guidelines from the Vatican’s doctrinal office, cremated remains should be kept in a “sacred place” such as a church cemetery.
