The hardest to use consistently is probably Radiation (Heat + Electric), but it’s also the best against the highly armoured Grineer variants. Corpus use shields, so bring Magnetic (Cold + Electric) to strip shields or Toxin as it bypasses shields with a damage over time. They’re resistant to Corrosive.
– The Corpus is a humanoid faction – a remnant of the Orokin or a subordinate faction of post-technocyte humanity – that relies greatly on robotics (it is unknown to what degree they employ cyborgification). They religiously worship Orokin technology, as well as the capitalism that allows its trade.
Armor is an attribute that reduces damage taken to health but not to shields. Not all enemies possess armor; Warframes, most bosses, and all Grineer do, but normal Corpus and Infested enemies do not have any. For a given Warframe, its armor value can be found in the Arsenal.
Corpus are direct descendants of the orokin themselves, the very word corpus being an orokin word for family.
Against infested, the best physical damage is slash. The best single elemental damage is fire. The best combo elemental damage against light infested is gas, which is fire and toxic.
If you’re facing off against the Grineer, bring Puncture, Radiation, and Toxin. If you’re going against the Infested, then Slash, Corrosive, and Heat are your buddies. If the Corrupted are your enemies, Corrosive and Cold will be most effective.
So basically, Tenno aren’t human but the look humanoid even though they have been changed by the Void entity,/non entity thingymajig. They are at the very least not what we consider a normal human regardless of their humanoid appearance.
There are numerous indications that normal humans or some other kind of relatively peaceful version of them do in fact, exist. The Steel Meridian claim to protect the “colonies” from the Grineer and Corpus, and the Red Veil and New Loka syndicates are both humans.
Did we become so modified by the void that we became unrecognizable as human *or* Orokin? As for the second part, the Orokin were humans, but not every human was Orokin, and we(Tenno) are only modified in such a way that makes us have powers given to us by what may possible be an eldritch abomination.

Hildryn has the highest base shields out of all Warframes in the game: 450 and 1,575 at rank 30.
Shield is the blue thing that takes damage first and recharges. Armor is like toughness and effects how much health a target looses when hit. Armor only applies to HP and not shields. So weapons with high impact will do more damage to shields, and weapons with high puncture will do more damage to armored targets.
3) Warframes are alive because they are made out of infested tissue. However, they lack their own will to move so the Warframes require an operator.
For unknown reasons, as the Orokin were celebrating their victory by bestowing the Tenno with honors, the Warframe-clad warriors struck, destroying the Orokin’s leadership and throwing the empire into chaos, an event that would herald the end of the Orokin Empire.”
Some high-ranking Orokin even modified their own bodies to obtain a more aesthetically wild and beautiful appearance than would ever be naturally possible, with blue skin and an elongated right arm.
