If you want to gain good karma you need to Turn Yourself In (the blue option). If you want to gain bad karma, you need to mind your own business and Sacrifice the Tribe (the red option).
With Infamous 1 & 2 I found that good was always the more fun option, having better powers & having the people help you. But, what I’ve been experiencing with Second Son is completely different; it’s actually way more fun to be evil.
Basicly, Good have the harder time durring missions, but they have support of people and accurate powers. Evil powers are more fun, and missions are easier, but pedestrians become a nuicance.
You could in InFAMOUS 2, provided you have one Good-route save, and one Evil-route save. And they both have to be completed. Then you can unlock ALL powers on one character
There is a total of four powers to unlock in InFAMOUS: Second Son; Smoke, Neon, Video and Concrete. Each of these powers comes with a standard projectile ability and we suggest levelling up your projectiles for each power as soon as you get them.
The story itself is enjoyable and unpredictable at times, but even with the side missions, it’s a bit paltry when put up against others in the genre. You can finish the main game in just over 10 hours, and you’ll easily be able to complete every side mission and optional objective in only a few more.

The amount needed can vary, as Cole MacGrath originally developed his powers by passing electricity enough to power up to half a district of a city, while Delsin Rowe developed Neon by absorbing a much smaller amount.
His Ray Sphere like powers allowed him to activate dormant conduits, and because the bulk of these powers came from the beast he gained the burden of the people tje beast turned. So when Cole died the source of power for these conduits seemed to have died off.
